No shoulder pad and adjustable strap is too short. That is really confusing, cos’ the 3rd generation had the pad and the strap was long enough...

While the back has the useful feature of a dedicated section for shoes, that's vented, the quality of the bag is generally low compared to other prominent sports brands that are around the same price. There's no shoulder strap pad included, which seems just a cost-cutting exercise than making sure the product is comfortable for the customer, and the carry handles aren't shaped in any way (unlike other brands). The inside pocket has no zip to it, so anything that goes in it is almost guaranteed to fall out. Aesthetically, the bag looks great and is moderately waterproof, but functionally, the duffel bag leaves a lot to be desired.

Product overall is good just the side mesh pocket ripped on first use It’s a great bag for the gym especially a side pocket for shoes during winter

I was surprised by how big this bag is. Lots of room for spare clothing and towsls and plenty of pockets. I think the shoe pocket is a great idea and was the reason for purchasing it over other products. However, it is a shame that there is no padding on the shoulder strap, so it's not the comfiest to carry.

This is an excellent duffle except for one major flaw IMO. This really needs a shoulder pad on the strap. If you put anything weighty in the bag it digs deeply into your shoulder. Very uncomfortable in that respect. I prefer the old version of the duffle's shoulder strap. I love the design of the bag and adding a shoulder pad would make it a 5 star bag. I have the Camo version and love the pattern. It would be nice if UA would sell a pad separately to add on to the bag. I will try to retrofit one in the meantime. Look forward to an updated version in the future.

Bag is durable, waterproof, and great to take to and from the gym. Compartments in all the right places for storage and easy access.

I purchased this bag for my pre teen daughter. It’s the perfect size for taking on sleep overs and to sports events. The quality is very good and the separate areas to keep things are great. Has separate she compartment. The colour is lovely and not boring. Would definitely recommend this bag to anyone.
