Extremely chilly for cold gear!

Wanted to love these. First cold gear base layer in my toolbox. Received as a gift. First time I wore them with joggers, it feels like cold air is constantly blowing your legs. Thought it was maybe my joggers. Today I'm wearing one of my warmest joggers and it still feels chilly. It's like that feeling if something is still damp after the dryer. And it stays he entire time wearing them. I have other UA leggings and other company base layers and thought these would be my go to in cold weather but not if I feel chilly all the time wearing them. Sure they feel thicker than the others, but something about the design makes them feel cold. Not good gear for cold weather. Look great, but I feel warmer with my UA Warm Gear leggings than these. Disappointing.

Nice but a size too small

6'2" 215lbs and I sized according to the size chart. The L was too tight and too short. Return and waiting on the XL to see if it's any better...
