Running tights fit great. Can’t believe how well they fit and stay in place while doing my basic 5 mile run. The only issue I have with this pair, as with most others I have, is that they are so high-waisted. When wearing properly with the drawstring tied, they are for me, uncomfortable. Therefore, I roll the waist down to a more comfortable position. But that also makes the great pocket unusable. All this is basically my preference though and really does not reflect UA running gear. These performed as expected and better.
Best men's running tights ever, very light and comfortable, like the second skin. Would be even better if UA will make them with ankle zippers
These have been some of the most comfortable tights I've worn, and kept me plenty warm in temps around 20ºF. I wore them 2-3x a week for about a month when trouble hit, however. The next time I pulled them on, I noticed a small hole in one of the legs - around the lower knee. I'm very gentle with my exercise gear in order to protect my investment, always put on / take off carefully. Always wash on gentle and hang to dry. UA took care of me via warranty and I've already worn the replacement tights about 4x, so here's hoping it was a fluke. Wanted people to be aware of this potential issue, however, as it was unexpected since all my other UA gear has lasted many years without issue.
I ordered these and the Coldgear run tights to see if these were worth the extra $20. In trying them on I thought the two were almost identical and had very similar farbric, fit and feel. I don't run with a phone so maybe the speedpocket would have meant more if I did, but overall I didn't think they were worth the extra $$$, so I returned them and kept the other ones.
Ran in these in 33 degree weather and found them to be perfect for the conditions. Comfortable and stretchy fit without being too constrictive.
As a cold weather runner who frequently wears shorts to sub-32 temps due to overheating with tights, I was excited to finally try the UA adaptive tech. Unfortunately, my first run was disappointing. The tights offered no warmth at all. Running in shorts provided the same level of protection (which is to say “none”) from the cold and wind. At least shorts are more comfortable and a lot cheaper. Save the money. These simply don’t work.
