First, the glove runs tight like the other reviews suggested, definitely go at least a size up. I usually wear L, so I brought an XL. Overall, the glove is average at best. The material is not great. The padding on the hand is extremely thin, doesn't really provide much protection layer against the weights. The strap is the only thing that I would say was designed well and can hold up on high intensity workouts. In fact, my glove is now showing signs of rips only after 2 workouts. I would say this glove is best suited for "average" workouts, but if you are going to be wearing it for higher intensity or higher weight workouts, this glove will not hold up. Very disappointed in the quality of an $40 glove.
Best weight lifting gloves. Great fit and doesn't loosen up like my other ones. The best! Love them definitely recommend!! Alex-
Gloves are ok, work well and are comfortable. Just word of warning if you wear a fitness tracker (Garmin,Fitbit) the wrist straps are intrusive and crowd out the tracker to down your wrist so it isn't accurate. The benefit/support form the straps is good but not good enough to offset the annoyance factor of the Fitbit not working with them. I prefer the old resistor gloves.
Perfect for, feels great and looks great! Absolutely love it
The gloves fit really well. The wristbands are thick and give alot of support. The look is awesome. Really happy and excited with these.
Fits good but not comfortable lifting weights . Hurts the fingers .
Overall these gloves are okay, they do run small so order a size or two sizes up. I usually wear Bionic wrist wrap gloves and they are much thicker than the Project Rock gloves. The wrist support on the Rock gloves is good but not great. Not sure on the longevity of these gloves since they seem fairly thin. I doubt The Rock would actually wear these since they would be lucky to last through one of his workouts, so basically disposable. Lol They definitely look good though!
I am a fan of the Project Rock line and I have been happy with the PR 1 & 2 shoes. I also love the shirt designs and how they fit for a guy my size. However, the training gloves were a bit of a let down because I expected the same quality as I experienced with the shoes and shirts. I ordered XXL gloves, but when I was able to try them on, they were a bit tight. The wrist wrap seems a bit short and once it's wrapped it is stiff. These gloves do feel lighter than my Gold's Gym gloves and that's probably due to the upper material feeling elastic. I can tell from not only the look, but the leather on the palms are thinner than my old gloves. After working out for a week in them I still notice my palms feeling raw and there are deep lines from the seams of the stitching. I will give these glove more time to break in. I assume that may be the case, and I will try to update this review. Again, I love these products for training but these gloves fell a bit short on the High Bar that was already set by this brand.
