To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Bought the PR1 and the only downside is they are hard to get on need to use a shoehorn. The PR2 has more cushion and looks better but the opening is still tight. Just a little bigger opening would be nice. I’m 5’6 170 size 9
First time getting UA sneakers so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They fit like a glove. They are SOooo comfortable. I only use them at the gym. They seem to feel a slight bit elevated in the back of the foot which is great when you are lifting. I felt the difference immediately. Got my wife a pair too.
By combining the Phantom with the tribase sole, you have created the ultimate training shoe! There's not much more to be said except for this is the best training shoe you have to date, I am already anxiously awaiting to buy these again in another color! Please don't keep me waiting too long!
The fit is perfect. The comfort is out of this world. These are hands down the most amazing pair of training shoes I’ve ever used. I would own more pairs if they didn’t sell out so quickly.
Great pair of trainers, good fit, and look at the business. I use them for occasional running and Gym work.
The laces are little bit confusing, they are too short to tie up, and too long to hang of their hoops.
They fit snug and tight, and therefore go for a size up to be safe.
Packaging is nice.
The key to any good training shoe is for you not to realize it is there. They are like house shoes because of the comfort and yet provide all of the spring and stability needed during HIIT training. The elastic ankle ROCKS!!!!
Best training shoe I’ve ever used. Stable with a flat platform for power lifting and comfortable for running and plyometric training.
I mainly use them for my gym trainings, mainly legs except for death lift which is mandatory to be shoes free. Those pair give you stability, comfort and a good power control when it comes to lift up more than 100kg.
I truly recommend them to those who are willing to take a step forward on their training sessions. I did not use them in CORE exercises to extent it’s but they can be used so or CHARGED ones which I use.
Really comfy gym trainers, worth the money. Usually get sore feet but these have sorted that right out.
These Project Rock 2 trainers are probably the most comfortable foot wear I’ve ever had and I do have a full wardrobe of trainers . Comfort is a priority over looks to a certain degree. I love the red but the gold logos especially the gold bull drew my eyes to admiring the trainers the most.
These trainers are not good for wet weather as the fabric will get ruined. Best for in door/ dry activities. Price is a bit expensive but when you put them on and own them, and seeing Dwayne Johnson wearing these makes me feel proud to be wearing these and money well worth spent. Will be looking after these bad boys!!!
