To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

This show is stable and comfortable. Great for squats and deadlifts as well as CrossFit or circuit work. Took a couple days to break in. Now is awesome. Would definitely recommend.
These shoes are great! I have the blood orange pair. I love training in them either when I am weight training or HIIT. The only thing I can’t do is keep them tied when I’m doing my HIIT training they constantly come untied and it’s been the only problem I’ve had with the shoe since I’ve bought it. The laces coming untied constantly more or so on jumping movements like burpees. If anyone has any tips of tricks or the same issue I know sounds ridiculous but let me know otherwise I wear the shoes all the time when training and will continue to do so.
The best shoes that I have ever owned. I love these shoes. Still have my first pair and they are still holding up after two years of wear. Comfort is fantastic, fit is amazing and I love this shoe.
For a strength athlete that utilizes explosive and lateral movements regularly, this shoe will hold up for about 6-12 training sessions depending on the impact generated. This shoe WILL tear at the seams in a very short period of time and will not support lateral movements or anything explosive. This is NOT the training shoe for a any athlete. It is however a stylish and comfortable shoe and should be considered maybe a sportstyle shoe for an athlete to wear casually.
The PR2 is one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned! I am a huge fan of all of the Project Rock collection. The PR2’s are great for any workout. It has the stability of a training show with the flexibility I need for my workouts. Overall great product. The fit is to size.
I do a lot of lifting and I competed in powerlifting in high school. I wish I had shoes like this in those competition. They have perfectly flat soles that help with all forms of lifting and help keep you from putting too much weight on your toes!
Really love them and they fit perfectly. Great design and materials. Comfortable. They are expensive but they worth it.
The Project Rock 2 is the most comfortable and best fitting shoe I have had in quite awhile.It has great cushioning and flexibility..I have been wearing it non stop and my feet feel terrific,not to mention they are great looking.
I use these for workout videos I do online. Lot of side lunges, forward and back lunges. Burpee, running on place and so on. I feel stable and in control. They run a tad small but they are still comfortable.
These shoes are awesome and amazing I love it, I just bought two pair already I would love to buy more not just shoes but clothes as well.
