To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I purchased this pair, size 14, of Project Rock training shoes with birthday money, after eyeing them online and in the local outlet store. They fit like a glove, very snug but not too tight. There is enough room for my inserts. I wear them with my Rock gear, about twice a week. Love them.
- good snug fit for high intensity workouts.
- really good suppprt through the hoover sole.
- great looking
- looks durable - not tested
- initially the heel was little uncomfortable after a long use.
- would like more color options
These are the second pair of Project Rock sneakers I’ve owned. The first pair are the first Delta’s released (and also the best pair of sneakers I’ve owned, which is why these come in second). I switch to these for running and leg day due to the snug fit and cushioned support. (The Delta’s are light and snug but aren’t very cushioned for running, good for arm and core day, etc). They do run small so I had to move to a half size up and fit snuggly (where as most of their UA sneakers are a 9 for me, I had to get these in 9.5). They slip on nice (no shoe tongue) and are amazing. I highly recommend these for anyone looking for comfort, function, and overall style. I also recommend pairing these with the new hooded tank top and grey training shorts for a complete Project Rock look!
Usually I am skeptical about buying celebrity endorsed products but with UA and The Rock, it was different, because I believed that UA’s quality and my satisfaction with their other gear, would make for a good product. It turns out I was right. The Rock is the workout king, so he knows exactly what he needs in a workout sneaker. Comfort and stability. This delivers on both ends.
I've had these for a few weeks now and have put them through quite a few different workouts already. First they are very comfortable and fit true to size and feel snug (good) on your feet. Second, they look pretty good. I opted for the orange and it's a nice change from the usual black or grey workout shoes I usually wear. Third, I've used these for powerlifting and OLY working sets, cross training (box jumps, short runs, cardio stuff), and Crossfit type workouts w/ lots of barbell movements. They've performed great across the board. Granted I'm not moving the same type of weight as The Rock, but they performed great for me. The only thing I haven't used them for is 1RM/PR day. I might give them a shot to see how they do against regular lifting shoes. I usually wear a 9.5 and 9.5 fit just right.
Shoe runs about a half size small. Solid overall comfort. Tribase provides a stable platform. Not a huge fan of the 6mm drop but that's just personal preference as I prefer a flatter shoe. Overall pr2 is a good shoe for all types of training. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have 2 pair, they’re okay. Not 150 dollar shoe imo. Soles are a little harder than I hoped it better than the PR1s. I will buy rocks stuff, wish it were better though. The heel cup is also turning blue in the curves. They’re okay, not what I’d expect from the rock.
These shoes have an awesome fit and feel! They helped tremendously with stabilizing my feet and knees during training, plus I felt a different activation of my leg muscles because of the support they offer.
So I really like the UA and Rock collaboration. I have some shirts, a bag, and I decided to try the shoes. I can only say not for me, and anyone doing any HIIT or functional training. I saw reviews comparing these to the best out the metcons and nanos, so I ordered them. Not at all the same type of shoe. The quality and comfort are amazing, the issue is they are too comfortable and not responsive enough. It has like a 8mm drop, these are definitely intended for your bodybuilder/isolation workouts. I can’t wear any show with that drop, I don’t know how people wear these as an everyday shoe. I will be buying more UA stuff, but not my cup of tea here.
I bought the original Project Rock shoes for weight training, and picked these up for some of the performance training I have to do for work. They’re both size 14, but these definitely fit much better. I’m 6’7” and 290lbs, and the cushioning has alleviated some pain I was experiencing in my legs when running. Great stability during mobility training as well. As an overall gym shoe this is the best PR shoe yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
