To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Not perfect, but good enough for a gym shoe. Looks chic, and would recommend this to anyone.
I really like these shoes. They are great for CrossFit. They are good for short distance running, jumping, weight lifting, balance, etc. My only complaint is that I can not wear no show socks with them. Only low cut. Otherwise, they rub the top of my ankle. I actually have an abrasion from the first time I wore them with no show socks.
These shoes are really comfortable and work perfectly for weights and other indoor training. I use them on the erg (rowing machine) as well and they allow for great ankle mobility without being too short around the ankle. I also have a wider foot, and these are still super comfortable for me. I prefer using these versus running shoes because they are lightweight but offer good support.
I wore them for my workouts twice,so far so good, they’re really comfortable. I ordered them half size up just in case and they fit good with a little space but not loose.
I bought these shoes after having major knee surgery. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. If feels like the shoes help to absorb the impact, which is awesome post-surgery. They are just a bit too big, but not enough to send them back for a smaller size. All-around comfort and support!
