To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I seem to buy different sizes for each under armour trainers I buy! I went for a 4.5 on these having read the reviews. I'm so glad I didn't get a 5.5 like I normally do. A 5 would have also been ok I think.
They are quite long and narrow.
Only worn once but feel more support doing lifts/pushing heavy prowler.
Will know more having worn a few more times.
Ich habe dieses Schuhe für Crossfit training gekauft. Die Schuhe gibt stabilität für Gewicht training und dieses war allerwichtigste für mich. Sonst fühlt es am anfäng ein bisschen eng aber man gewöhnt sich dann schon dran.
I'm pretty new to training, my PT recommending these shoes and i can honestly say they've made a huge difference. They give really great stability and connection to the floor. Its certainly helped with form for lunges and squats.
This shoe is perfect for my crossfit workouts. It's a very comfortable shoe that feels great on my feet. I'll definitely buy again.
I love the shoe for CrossFit! Very sturdy and comfortable. However I have only had a couple months and the sole is separating from the bottom of the shoe - disappointing. I only wear them at the gym. I keep in my gym bag and wear other shoes to and from the gym. I have a fiend who recommended them and is having exact same issue unfortunately. I would recommend if this issue getS resolved.
Received these as a gift in February for crossfit workouts. Didn't get to use much until gyms reopened in late but they quickly became my favorite croasfit shoes - great stability and fabulous for rope climbs. Unfortunately the sole started to rip apart after just 2 months of use. While I'd love to get a replacement pair, I can't justify spending this kind 9f money for a pair of shoes that lasts just a couple of months.
I’ve always used just a basic running shoe for all of my workouts. Never saw the point in getting training shoes. I decided to just go for it and see if they made any difference and they 100% do. They’re great for jump roping, cycling, and any form of leg exercises. Gives me a greater sense of balance, especially when doing squats. I wear an 8.5 in pretty much every brand and that’s what I went with and they could not fit better!!
