At 5' 10" and approximately 150-155 lbs. a medium made for a great fit. This mock sits a little higher on the neck than others I have purchased, which is perfect for the colder winter temps. The Vibe Orange is a good color providing excellent visibility for being seen whether running or biking in higher traffic areas. Although I recently purchased this item with little experience in its use thus far, I'm anticipating the high tech fabric will be suffiently breathable, so as to be used as a top layer in only chilly fall weather or a base layer in the colder winter temps. The slightly tapered fit makes it ideal for sports and I'm considering ordering another one in black. My only wish is that there were more colors from which to choose.

it fits just right buy 2 sizies up if you dont want a tight fight.
