Leider sind meine Kopfhörer nach knapp eineinhalb Jahren mäßigen Gebrauchs im Zuge des Aufsetzen beim Plastikbügel gebrochen. Bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse und mit einem Marketing, welches die Kopfhörer explizit als Trainings- und Sportequipment anpreist, erwarte ich mir eine längere Lebensdauer.
Grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem, wenn ein Produkt Schwachstellen aufweist und bricht, jedoch hat mich besonders die Antwort des Kundenservice sehr vor den Kopf gestoßen! Nach Schilderung meines Anliegens kam lapidar zurück: "Wir haben Ihr Bild an unsere Qualitätsabteilung weitergeleitet und sie haben uns wie folgt informiert: "Der Zustand des Artikels spiegelt keinen Herstellungsfehler wieder. Dies ist auf andere Faktoren zurückzuführen.“"
Fazit: Von diesem Produkt hätte ich mir mehr Lebensdauer und Qualität erwartet und vom Kundenservice bin ich maßlos enttäuscht
Ordered a pair in November, now august. Worked very well between that period until now. The sound in the right side has suddenly stopped working. Never dropped them or wore them in the rain. Trying to get it sorted through the warranty process but that is an absolute hike as trying to find the serial number has so far been unsuccessful. Honestly, there are better headphones out there that are obviously more durable and have better sound quality on top of that.
I bought these on January 31, 2019 they worked great until I took them out for a run in the rain yesterday. May 23, 2020 they stopped working. don’t market a product as surviving the toughest gym conditions if they can’t withstand a little bit of rain. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years on under armor equipment. what are you going to do to make this right?
Meine sind heute gebrochen obwohl ich sie keine 10mal auf hatte noch kein Workout damit absolviert auf dem rechten Hörer brach das kleine Plastik Teil im Innenraum ... Garantie Karte 1jahr gültig hoffe ich kann sie umtauschen
First of all im really disappointed about these headphones. I’ve been using them for about a couple of months.
To talk about the goods, the packaging is good and the design of the headphones is worthy and worked on. All the specs are present but only two the noise cancelling and the bass.
The bass is fair comparing to others , of course not the best .
There’s no noise cancelling in these headphones when using these in the gym (where music is played on)
The most thing that bothers me and getting these away from me is the smell of the cushion like stink and i wash them every day to relief this smell but it isn’t working.
I want to know if others suffers from the same problem.
I have had these headphones for about 6 months now and the headband already peels off. This is unacceptable for a high end accessory from Under Armour. I have lost faith in this whole brand. Very unsatisfied. Good bye.
After 6 months the battery life has dropped to less than a third of the quoted playing time. Under Armour say it is JBL's issue, JBL say it is Under Armour's issue, so nobody stands by this product, and it is utterly substandard.
I wish I had known firstly how poorly these headphones would perform , and secondly how poorly Under Armour and JBL would perform, prior to purchase.
There are far more robust, reliable headphones available than what Under Armour and JBL offer, and other companies will usually stand by their product too. Do not buy. You will regret it.
I got "The Rock" edition Sport Wireless Train headphones about a month ago as a gift. I was loving them because of the sound and comfort. Had them paired to my Fitbit for wireless sound and they worked perfectly. Three workouts later, the battery dies. So I try to charge the battery with the given usb cord - no light lit up. I tried a different cord and even a different outlet and still no charge. I thought maybe the headphones were bad but I plugged them in manually and they worked still. So it looks like after a few workouts -which included heavy running- either the bluetooth went out or they simply do not charge anymore. Pretty frustrating as I was liking these headphones. Buyer beware.
I run about 10-12 miles every day, so I tend to sweat a lot. These headphones die and stop accepting a charge about a month or two in. This is the second pair that I've bought that have done this. Stay away!
When I got these and started using them I absolutely loved them. The sound is great out of them (they are no beats but they were very good). I like the mute button on the side if you have someone try to talk to you. I like pretty much everything about these EXCEPT the fact that I’ve had these for maybe only couple 2-3 month and the right speaker is crackely like it is blown already!! Sad to see that spending good money on something doesn’t mean it will last even 1 yr.
