Bad choice for winter running

I bought these as a base layer for skiing and as a winter running pant. They are built extremely tight around the legs and loose around the waistband. When I ran with them on, I couldn't make it a few steps without feeling like the pants were going to fall right off. I would have just sized down, but because the legs are made so tight, I couldn't pull the smaller size over my calves. I still use them for skiing but that's only because my ski belt and pants help keep them up.

Good fit, lack of quality

I had these pants for a few weeks. I really liked them. They kept me warm but then I realized the waist band started to come apart. It is made with two different materials and the stitching did not hold up. I could understand if I had these pants for a year, but after several weeks, I was very disappointed!

Comfortable and snug

I really like these. I haven’t had any issues with the waist rolling or bunching. I am only 5’-ish and fat, so even though the legs are long they are not bunching uncomfortably around my knees or ankles.

Why did these change?

I have a pair of these from several years ago and purchased this pair thinking they'd be similar, but I'm 5'10" and they are shorter on me than any pants I've ever tried on. The fabric is loose compared to the last pair I own and the ankle area is loose as well. Can we get the old style back?! Seems like a much cheaper version of an otherwise good product.

Waist tolls down

The new style is too high waisted and the thick elastic waist rolls down. I have an older version of 2.0 that I love. Softer waist band, not thick. I wish I could still get the older version! I returned them.

Perfect for under uninsulated ski pants.

I am 5’7” and 128 lbs I ordered a medium for the length. They fit well. I wear them alone on warmer ski days and with A smart wool base layer for colder days. They work perfectly. I am warm without being constricting.

Warm and comfy

I got these for temps between 20* to 45* with a mid season top layer and they do the job, I can walk long distance and stay comfortably dry and warm. They fit true to size and keep they're shape.
